Relief from Stress
You are very busy the whole day and when you want to spend
your free time with your mom and dad, they aren't there for you, is your life
like this? You need support, even if you are an adult or a child or a student,
you want to be cared about by somebody.
You need care, especially when you are stressed or sad, but
you haven't got anybody. You can try these things when you are sad or stressed,
or you can practice these things frequently if you feel depressed and stressed
frequently:
1. Go on terrace or your balcony, take a chair with you, sit
there and just talk to yourself, talk about things that you like the most, talk
about things that changed your life, talk about people you think as your
inspiration.
2. If you are angry, go to a quiet place, where you'll feel
good, and then just spend your time to take out all the anger, try speaking to
yourself or shouting, it'll make you feel good.
3. Try writing a diary, write everything that is in your
mind the whole day, it'll make you feel good.
4. If you don't wanna write a diary, you can call a person
you trust and tell him/her everything you feel bad about, everything you feel
good about, tell them everything.
Try these things and tell me if you feel good, you can do
these things during night or even early morning, bye.
